7/8 x 3/4 inch satin and antiqued finish round sterling silver St. Christopher medal on a 20 inch stainless steel rhodium plated chain. The middle of the pendant features a raised figure of St. Christopher, who is shown carrying a child on his shoulders, and has antiqued finishing. Around the outside of the pendant are the words, "Saint Christopher Protect Us".
