15/16 x 3/4 inch antiqued finish sterling silver St. Juan Diego round medal on a 20 inch stainless steel rhodium plated chain. The pendant features a raised profile image of Saint Juan Diego on the front, who is shown knelt in prayer. On the top and bottom of the pendant are the words, "Saint Juan Diego Pray For Us" in black text. The left and right sides of the medal feature engraved and antiqued stars. The back of the medal is blank with a brushed finish. Includes an elegant deluxe velour jewelry box.
