7/8 x 3/4 inch polished finish round 14kt gold plated over sterling silver St. Christopher medal on a 20 inch stainless steel gold plated chain. In the center of the pendant is a raised figure of St. Christopher, who is shown carrying a child on his shoulders. Around the outer border are the words, "Saint Christopher" on top and "Protect Us" on the bottom, inset with three stars on both the left and right sides.
