1-1/16 x 1 inch sterling silver satin finish and diamond engraved EMT caduceus medal featuring St. Michael on the back on a 24 inch stainless steel rhodium plated chain. The front of the medal has a stamped image a serpent wrapped around a staff, which is the traditional symbol of EMTs and first responders. Atop the serpent are the letters "EMT". The back of the medal features a stamped image of St. Michael slaying the dragon and features the words "St. Michael Protect Us".
